The monthly #SmallTownTourismChat on Twitter hosted by Union Gap was on Wednesday, April 15th with this month's co-host the San Juan Ialands Visitors Bureau.
Each month the chat features 6 questions and different tourism boards, travelers, travel writers and bloggers from Washington State, the U.S. and even from the world all take some time out of their busy schedules to post photos, comments and help us build a larger travel community. This month's questions focused on ‘island time’, spring flowers, adrenaline rush, wineries & breweries, and your first activity post quarantine!
The most popular question was about what place/event are you most excited about when life returns 'back to normal'. Answers ranged from lying on the beach in the sand, to visiting your favorite restaurant, to just being able to get out and travel. We also saw beautiful wildiife images posted from around the globe, were told how people were helping out there local breweries and wineries and saw lovely flowers from many different participants.
